Based on my 12 year journey starting and scaling my own ice cream bike business, I am here to share all of the lessons, successes, challenges and behind the scenes processes that go into building a fun, profitable and simple bike business.
I hope to inspire you to think outside the box, start small but take action and begin building a life you genuinely enjoy living.

I have had my bike business success selling handcrafted ice cream sandwiches, sorbet push pops and handmade freezie pops….
But that doesn't mean it's the only way!
The beauty of starting with a bike is that it’s not really about the product…it’s about creating an experience that people remember and fall in love with. It’s about building a brand that connects with your community and stands out from the rest. Once you understand that, the possibilities are endless and you will be able to build a business around any product.
When I first started in 2015, I never imagined that my little ice cream bike business would become what it is today. I simply pursued what I loved, tuned out everyone who told me that “my idea was silly” and learned how to take my bike business from farmers market to full time.
I have worked around the clock for many years to master my products, perfect my processes, cut out expenses, set myself up to operate with 70% profit margins, build long lasting relationships, create a memorable customer experience and everything in between.
I have learned more lessons the hard way than I care to admit, invested lots of money in the wrong parts of my business and thanks to the support of my community, survived a global pandemic…but the more you know, the more you grow and learning how to turn obstacles into opportunities is a huge part of the process.
As my story continues to evolve, the more confident I am that every season, every up and every down, has been purposeful. I know that this season is meant to share the love of what I have created with as many people as possible.
I started my bike business with zero experience and a very small budget. On a whim, I bought a pink ice cream bike, shipped it across country, joined a local farmers market......and my first summer I almost tripled my initial investment.
This business has built the most beautiful life for me and I still have a hard time putting into words how much it has changed my life.
