THE STORY
Why we built this bike.
After 12 years of running my own bike business, serving over 800 events, generating millions in product sales…I have been able to learn firsthand what works vs. what doesn’t.
I partnered with Hudson Trailer Co who are experts in the mobile food industry & we built our dream bike from scratch that solves all of the problems we’ve encountered while still maintaining a design that turns heads, starts conversations & fits in at any event.
Every feature was selected to solve a real problem and to keep your bike business operations as simple as possible.

The e-bike is powered by a UL-certified 500W motor and a premium 48V 12.8Ah lithium-ion battery built with LG cells, giving you an estimated range of 15–20 miles per charge depending on your cargo weight and riding conditions. The torque-sensing pedal assist provides a smooth, natural riding experience by automatically adjusting power based on how hard you're pedaling, while the 7-speed Shimano drivetrain makes it easy to navigate everything from flat streets to rolling hills. For added safety and control, the bike is equipped with powerful hydraulic disc brakes featuring 180mm rotors and a parking brake to keep your bike securely in place during events.
The standard model comes with pedal assist. No additional fees.
The e-bike is built for durability, comfort & functionality. The bike features a heavy-duty steel frame with a rust-resistant coating designed to withstand years of use in a variety of environments. An integrated LCD display keeps key riding information at your fingertips and includes a convenient USB charging port for your devices. Front and rear LED lights improve visibility, while full fenders help keep you clean and dry on the go. For comfort, we've included a cushioned saddle and an adjustable handlebar to accommodate riders of different heights. A rear cargo rack rated to 55 pounds provides additional storage capacity, and the custom front vending box features a reinforced butcher block countertop that lifts open for easy access. A hinged front door allows you to conveniently access supplies and equipment stored inside the vending box throughout your event.
The standard model comes with a black frame. Custom frame colors are an additional fee.
Our premium freezer system is designed to keep your products cold, secure and event ready wherever your business takes you. With a temperature range of 0°F to 50°F, you can confidently store everything from ice cream sandwiches and push pops to beverages and other chilled products. The unit features a high efficiency compressor and operates on both 12/24V DC and 110–240V AC power, giving you flexibility whether you're on the move or plugged in. Choose between MAX mode for faster cooling or ECO mode for improved energy efficiency.
Built with a durable, shockproof steel shell, the freezer is designed to withstand the demands of mobile vending while maintaining reliable performance. The system is backed by a 5-year compressor warranty and 1-year parts warranty for added peace of mind.
To power your operation, the bike includes a LiFePO4 battery system equipped with two 120V AC outlets, two USB-A ports, two USB-C ports and 12V DC ports, allowing you to charge devices and power accessories throughout the day. A custom slide out mounting bracket makes loading, unloading, cleaning, and maintenance significantly easier by allowing the freezer to glide out for full access when needed.
I have personally tested this freezer with my products inside for long hours in the hot summer heat and the sandwiches and push pops held up great! You control the temperature.
The standard model does NOT include refrigeration. Refrigeration is an additional fee.

Our cotton candy setup is designed to give you everything you need to operate efficiently from your bike. The package includes a commercial-grade 1,000-watt cotton candy machine with a large 21-inch bowl, providing plenty of production capacity for events of all sizes. To power the machine, we've paired it with a WEN 2350-Watt Super Quiet Inverter Generator, known for its reliable performance and low-noise operation. The setup also includes the necessary power cord and a dedicated storage area within the vending box. A custom-built partition keeps the generator securely separated from your supplies, helping you stay organized while maximizing space and functionality during events.
Our draft beverage package is designed for businesses serving beer, kombucha, lemonade, mocktails, cold brew, and other draft beverages. The system includes a three-tap draft setup complete with couplers, regulator, BPA-free beverage lines and your choice of a stainless steel or brass tap tower for a polished, professional appearance. A dedicated gas cage keeps your CO2 tank secure during transportation and service, while three insulated brewing bags help maintain product temperature throughout your event. The system is designed to operate with CO2, with optional upgrades available for Nitro service, making it an excellent choice for cold brew coffee and other nitrogen-infused beverages. The result is a clean, efficient, and eye-catching mobile draft system that allows you to serve multiple beverages from a single bike.
Every business is different, which is why we offer a variety of customization options to help you create a bike that perfectly reflects your brand. While the standard bike comes with a sleek black frame, you can upgrade to virtually any Pantone color for a truly custom look. You can also add a custom vinyl branding wrap to your vending box featuring your logo, graphics, and brand messaging, or choose a custom Pantone color finish for the vending box itself. Whether you're aiming for a clean, minimalist aesthetic or a bold, eye-catching mobile storefront, these optional upgrades allow you to build a bike that feels like an extension of your business and stands out wherever you go.
The standard model does NOT include the vending box design. Graphics and paint is an additional fee. You will be responsible for coming up with the branding / design you want on your vending box.
Our bike was thoughtfully designed to balance capacity, stability, and practicality. Measuring 83 inches in total length and just 33.25 inches at its widest point, it's compact enough to navigate tight spaces while still offering impressive storage and carrying capacity.
The bike accommodates riders up to 250 pounds and features a cargo area capable of holding up to 400 pounds with a total bike loading capacity of 600 pounds.
Despite its heavy-duty construction and commercial grade capabilities, one of our favorite features is that it fits through standard residential doorways….making storage, transportation and everyday use significantly easier.
The bike itself weighs approximately 168 pounds, providing a sturdy, stable platform built for business.
To keep your vending e-bike operating safely and efficiently, regular maintenance is recommended. Your purchase includes a detailed maintenance guide outlining service intervals, routine inspections and care instructions for components such as tires, brakes, drivetrain, wheels and electrical systems. Following these recommendations will help maximize performance, extend the life of your bicycle and ensure years of reliable operation.

Fill out the contact us form below. From there, Katherine will contact you to begin the design/build process & finalize all of the features you wish to include on your new e-bike!
Payment Schedule
$1,000 deposit and design fee up front. This locks in your spot on the production schedule and includes concierge service designing your dream bike. You will receive a 3D rendering of your custom bike prior to paying to start the build.
50% of the remaining balance due to Hudson Trailers to begin build.
Final 50% of remaining balance due 10 days after the build has been complete.
Sit, Wait, and Smile!
Your custom bike takes around 10 weeks to build since every one is made by hand just for you. Good things take time, and I’ll keep you posted every step of the way.

A Few Extra Details Before You Order:
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Due to the design of the bike, we recommend shipping through a transporter service to ensure the bike arrives without any damage. I am happy to help coordinate this with you! Depending on your location (the bike will ship from Jacksonville, Florida) I would plan on $500 to $2,500 for shipping. You are welcome to pick up or coordinate your own transportation.

Because the bikes are custom built for you and your specific business, your purchase is final and no returns are accepted.
In most areas, our e-bike is classified as an electric bicycle rather than a motor vehicle because it features fully operable pedals and a motor that falls within standard e-bike regulations. As a result, most riders do NOT need a driver's license, vehicle registration or vehicle insurance simply to ride the bike. However, e-bike laws can vary by state and local jurisdiction, so we always recommend checking your local regulations before purchasing or operating your bike.
In regards to permitting to sell products, our e-bike is designed to sell prepackaged products, which can significantly simplify the permitting process compared to traditional food trucks or trailers. Because regulations vary from city to city, it is the owner's responsibility to research and comply with all local, county and state requirements before operating their business. I always recommend contacting your local health department and permitting offices to determine exactly what is required in your area PRIOR to purchasing.
Licensing, permitting and operating requirements vary by location and are subject to change. Buyers are responsible for verifying and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their area before operating the bike or selling products from it.
